Structured DAO
MetaMasters will begin as a centralised entity and gradually develop into a fully decentralized platform governed by its DAO members via a dedicated governance token derived from the MMS token. There will be 3 distinct phases: Early Days, Semi-Decentralisation, and Complete Decentralisation.
Initially, there will be two arms that form the main DAO, one for investment pools and one for the automated guild.
Demand for sub-DAOs may come from the community and can be general or niche around specific kinds of NFTs or game assets.
A sub-DAO structure allows the main DAO to benefit from the actions and activities of these smaller sub-DAOs whilst being protected from them imposing their will on the whole DAO.
Proprietary Automation & Management
Utilizing our automated guild management software and P2P marketplace, MetaMasters will facilitate match-making with scholars, managers, players, allow lending of assets & incentivise yield generation opportunities on all metaverse assets. MetaMasters will serve as an ecosystem and platform that will be a home base for players, participants, guilds, investors, and asset owners.
This proprietary solution will manage and commercialise idle metaverse assets by providing a smart contract exchange between those who own assets but don’t use them and those who don’t own assets but need them to play and earn.
